Client Care Coordinator
Lawrence Park Travel is a growing boutique travel advisory specializing in thoughtfully planned, highly personalized experiences for discerning travellers. I’m looking for a personable, highly organized and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join the team and help deliver the exceptional level of service our clients have come to expect.
If you’re someone who loves travel, enjoys helping people and gets satisfaction from making sure every detail is taken care of, this could be a great fit for you. You don’t need to have travel industry experience, we’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, eager to learn and genuinely cares about creating a great client experience.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the agency owner to take care of clients after their trip has been booked and right through to departure. This includes communicating with clients and travel partners, coordinating special requests and amenities, assisting with pre-trip arrangements, maintaining personalized client travel websites, tracking important deadlines and making sure every detail is confirmed and taken care of.
We’re looking for someone who is warm, professional, proactive and incredibly organized, with strong communication skills and an eye for detail. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple moving pieces and learning new technology and systems.

Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. | Office closed on statutory holidays
Part-time, hourly position
Local position in the Lawrence Park area
Work closely and one-on-one with the owner of Lawrence Park Travel
Primarily in-person, with flexibility as the role develops
Must have your own laptop
Hourly rate based on experience

Junior Travel Designer
Have you always been the person your friends and family turn to when they need help planning a trip? Do you love researching hotels, finding great experiences and creating the perfect itinerary?
Lawrence Park Travel is looking for a Junior Travel Designer who is passionate about travel and excited to turn that passion into a career. No previous travel industry experience is required, we’ll provide the training, tools and support you need to get started.
The Opportunity
